- Work Timings & Mode: This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week, following shift timings of 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST.
The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days a week in-office.
What you'll do
- Supervision of the assigned NC accounting team, typically involving one to four persons. Trains, supervises, and oversees the work of the accounting staff; sets priorities among different projects, and makes staff assignments based on such priorities. Participates in the evaluation of his/her staff.
- Oversee the provision of day-to-day accounting services to assigned clients. Work with a variety of clients at the same time. This includes, but is not limited to, cash receipts, cash disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other related functions. The scope of services will vary depending upon the engagement and may include acting as part of the client's management team.
