Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to test our website and internal tools, ensuring a seamless experience for users and our internal team. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in product management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on the StarClinch website and internal tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure stability post-updates and feature implementations.
- Develop test cases, test scripts, and documentation for efficient testing workflows.
- Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and potential product improvements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather insights for product enhancements.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in QA/testing for web applications.




- Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and regression testing.
- Experience using JIRA for reporting and tracking issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey feedback effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Interest in transitioning into a product management role in the future.
