Experience Required

2–4 Years

Educational Qualification
- ITI Fitter
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Equivalent Technical Qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Jigs, Fixtures, and Industrial Automation Machines.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and engineering blueprints.




- Perform precision mechanical operations including drilling, tapping, grinding, alignment, and machine fitting.
- Assemble pneumatic cylinders, linear guides, bearings, shafts, couplings, and mechanical components.
- Check machine alignment, dimensions, tolerances, and movement of assembled parts.
- Assist in machine testing, trials, installation, commissioning, and final inspection.
- Identify and rectify mechanical issues during assembly and machine trials.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace according to 5S and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Travel to customer locations for machine installation, servicing, and commissioning whenever required.
