Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager, who will be responsible for optimizing plant
performance and meet production/ dispatch targets with quality commitments
1. Production Responsibilities
? Ensure daily Dispatch Target is adhered to
? Ensure zero-critical customer complaints
? Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements
? Ensure production planning as per Advance Dispatch Plan
? Ensure customer orders are completed on time & to budget and quality standards and targets are met
? Monitor productivity rates & product standards and
? Initiate quality control and process improvement activities - Kaizen/CI Activities
? APP-Advance Production planning “READINESS” for all value streams as per Capacity
? Ensure Daily Plan vs Actual>95% are met
? Ensure FG Stock as per Target
? Daily WIP submission to PPC from all value streams
? Resolve any manufacturing problem that occur
? Evaluate factory performance and constantly improvise practices
? Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the unit




? Ensure accurate inventory management and that inventory is stocked of all the equipment & resources
? Ensure the law, health and safety protocol are upheld
? Approve regular maintenance work
? Conduct regular capacity Analysis
? Collate and analyse data, create production reports for management

2. Workforce Management
? Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more productive
? Motivate employees to continually achieve factory targets
? Monitor employees to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
? Strengthen multiskilling of plant staff
? Resolve issues and disputes between manufacturing employees
? Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers

Qualifications & Experience
? Any bachelor’s degree with 10 years of manufacturing experience. Previous experience as
Production Manager will be preferred
? Hands-on experience with production management
? Knowledge of Produc
