- Hiring
of sales team for recent outlets.
- Monitoring
and evaluation of sales team.
- Inventory
- Ensure
that the store maintain adequate stock requirements.
- Ensure
the system stock and physical stock at the store are the same.
- Process
Adherence
- Evaluate
adherence to SOP of sales team
- Ensure
adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing.
- Ensure
compliance to all company policy
- Customer
Service
- Manage
and resolve escalations effectively.
- Ensuring
high level of customer satisfaction.

relationships with mall team.
- Manage
relationships HO team.

- Report
all mall team stakeholder engagement in Sales and Marketing App.

inputs for growing brand recall.

all Competitor data in Market Insights. (By 5th of every
month).
- Cross
branding and promotion.
- Plan
and execute promotional activities at outlet.
