Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Channel Sales (Fixed Income Products)

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic professionals with robust relationships across the financial distribution ecosystem to drive business through IFAs, MFDs, Wealth Managers, Sub-Brokers, PMS/AIF Distributors, and other intermediary partners.

The role involves onboarding, activating, and managing distribution partners while promoting fixed income and yield-oriented investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with IFAs, MFDs, Wealth Managers, Sub-Brokers, PMS/AIF Distributors, and Financial Advisors.

Drive distribution of Fixed Income Products including NCDs, PTCs, Credit AIFs, Structured Debt Products, and other yield-based investment opportunities.

Identify, onboard, and activate new distribution partners across assigned geographies.

Conduct product presentations, training programs, and partner engagement activities.

Support partners in investor acquisition,



transaction execution, and deal closures.

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, compliance, and execution.

Strengthen existing partner relationships and increase business volumes.

Monitor market opportunities, distributor activity, and investor demand trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

-
2–10 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Partnerships, Wealth Distribution, or Financial Product Sales.

Strong network with distributors selling Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, P2P Products, or Alternative Investments.

Candidates managing MFD/IFA channels within AMCs will be preferred.

Fixed Income product exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent relationship management and business development skills.
