Role Overview
As Accounting Manager, Shared Services, you will oversee a specific accounting function within a business center and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly activities are delivered accurately and on time. You will establish and maintain accounting systems and controls that support reliable financial information, while leading a team and partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and strengthen compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a single accounting function within the financial shared services organization and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities to support close, reporting, and operational deadlines.
- Establish and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and controls that improve the accuracy of financial information.
- Review financial data,



reconciliations, and journal entries to support consistent and reliable accounting output.
- Manage and develop team members aligned to the specific financial function.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across finance and business teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.
- Identify process improvements that strengthen efficiency, quality, and standardization within the shared services environment.
- Support audit and compliance requirements as needed for the accounting function.
