- Manage
end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
- Source
candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen
profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring with
stakeholders.
- Handle
offer discussions, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain
recruitment MIS and talent pipeline.
- Ensure
timely closure of positions.

Learning & Development
- Coordinate
employee induction and onboarding.
- Organize
internal and external training programs.
- Maintain
training records, calendars, and feedback.
- Support
employee learning and development initiatives.

Requirements
- Any
graduate.
MBA/PGDM
HR preferred.
- 4–7
years of HR experience with robust exposure to Talent Acquisition.
- Experience
in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or industrial organizations
preferred.
