Does not limit themselves to specific technological areas of specialization (e.g., BE/FE), and constantly updates their role and skills to achieve overall optimization and embody a model case, amidst diverse variables such as AI-driven organizational shifts, technological trends, and business needs.

Scope of Responsibility:
- Makes decisions regarding technology selection and architecture for designated products, and assumes responsibility for the end-to-end development and operation of projects




- Resolves bottlenecks caused by pending specifications by leveraging generative AI for prototyping and initial production implementation to proactively refine unclear requirements through rapid hypothesis verification with stakeholders and users
- Initiates work despite incomplete requirements, promotes consensus building through prototypes, experiments, and iterative improvements, and executes effectively even under uncertain conditions
- Manages the balance of the team's release frequency, quality (mitigation of major incidents), and technical debt resolution, and assumes responsibility for the business impact (sales, productivity, customer value) delivered by the designated product
- Goes beyond just customizing AI and operating workflows by building unique AI agents to provide technical solutions for team and organization-specific issues, while creating an workplace for others to leverage them
