Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Finance Controller/VP–F&A; to lead our finance operations. This leadership role demands deep financial expertise, a strong grasp of regulatory compliance, and a track record of driving business performance in a KPO or service-driven global environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing systems and processes, and delivering actionable insights to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including Billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in line with statutory and management requirements.
- Develop and manage company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure adherence to Ind AS, Direct and Indirect Taxation,



and Corporate Law compliance.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor financial performance through operational metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)—Mandatory, Inter-CA, CPA

Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience
- Proven leadership in a KPO, Global Delivery, or Service industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP, and IFRS.
- Familiarity with US tax laws, SEC compliance, SOX regulations, and transfer pricing frameworks.
