Job Profile
a. Patient oriented:
- Should supervise & co-ordinate the Day to day operations of the Daycare Services Departments and carry out tasks assigned by the G.M.
- The following departments will be directly under the supervision, They are:
- Front Office (Reception);
- Out Patient Department,
- Radiology,
- Health Check,
- Phlebotomy,
- Radiation oncology
- Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning
- Handling patient queries
- Appointment booking with coordination of front office staff
- Shall provide the patient with information on available services along with tariff, formalities and timings.
- Shall handle enquiries- Telephonic and personal
- Shall give information on Health Check Packages
- Shall give information on Diagnostic Services
- Shall give information on OPD timings.
- Shall do counseling as regards the doctors available if required
- Shall direct to the concerned department for the service
- Shall provide the patient with information about free access,
limited access & restricted areas of the hospital.
- Shall help and escort the patients
- Shall look after the coordination for personal/ Business Guests / International patient in the hospital.
- Shall inform regarding where to collect the reports
- Should handle patient complaints
- To delegate specific jobs to relevant staff
- To ensure that the given job is successfully completed
- To ensure adequate coverage of staffing and any emergency problems.
- shall keep check on waiting time of patient
b. Inventory oriented:
- Shall supervise the Store Management activities done by the front office staff
- Shall keep check on Indents, Acknowledgement sand consumptions done by the front office staff.
- Shall supervise the stock check activities
c. Medication related: Not Applicable
d. Department related:
- Maintenance of records and registers for the department
- Shall supervise the MIS reports done by the staff
- Keeping all necessary update
