Key Responsibilities:-

Executive Support
ï· Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director.
ï· Manage schedules, meetings, travel plans, and business correspondence.
ï· Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and business documents.
ï· Track and follow up on key action points and strategic initiatives.
Plant Coordination & Operations Monitoring
ï· Coordinate with Ethanol Plants located across Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West
Bengal.
ï· Monitor operational performance and ensure timely reporting from all plant locations.
ï· Facilitate communication between the Director and plant leadership teams.
ï· Support implementation of operational improvements and best practices across
locations.
MIS & Data Management
ï· Develop, maintain, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.
ï· Consolidate operational, production, financial, and performance data from various
plants.
ï· Generate dashboards and reports for management review and decision-making.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.





Systems & Technology Development
ï· Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
ï· Guide the development and implementation of systems for smooth and effective
operations.
ï· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for software, ERP, and
technology-related projects.
ï· Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve productivity and
operational efficiency.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
ï· Analyze operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
ï· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
ï· Support the Director in strategic planning and execution of key projects.
ï· Monitor implementation of process improvements and track outcomes.
Desired Skills & Competencies
ï· Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, ERP, MIS, and
business technologies.
ï· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
