We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform data into insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python for data analysis, and expertise in creating compelling dashboards using Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau.
- Use Python (with libraries like pandas, numpy, and matplotlib/seaborn) for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and design reports accordingly.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.




- Present findings in a transparent, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and its data analysis libraries.
- Strong experience with Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with data querying.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in an agile work environment is a plus.
