Role Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer/Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Agentic Workflows, and Now Assist to design and deliver AI-driven automation and productivity solutions on the Now Platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure Agentic Workflows, autonomous task orchestration, and AI-powered automations.
- Implement and optimize Now Assist for search, authoring, summarization, and case resolution.
- Develop Virtual Agent topics with LLM enhancements and AI Search for accurate retrieval.
- Configure GenAI Controller, prompt templates, grounding strategies, and guardrails.
- Integrate with REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scoped applications.
- Ensure security, governance, PII protection, evaluation metrics, and responsible AI practices.




- Collaborate with architects/SMEs to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills
- 4–8+ years on ServiceNow; 1–3+ years in GenAI / Now Assist / Agentic AI.
- Strong in JavaScript (ES6), Glide APIs, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, GenAI Controller, and LLM integrations (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI).
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and guardrails.
- Knowledge of data security, access controls, and platform governance.
- Positive understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem).
