Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. This role is critical in driving scalable growth, maximising ROI, and identifying recent revenue opportunities through data-led strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing creatives and campaigns, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and performance. Your strategic insights and analytical mindset will directly impact business growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Identify and capitalise on new revenue-generating platforms, channels, and growth opportunities
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals, audience insights, and funnel stages
- Analyse performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvement plans
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance results
- Manage campaign budgets,



bidding strategies, and scaling initiatives
- Collaborate with content, design, and brand teams to produce high-performing creative assets
- Track conversions, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Utilise AI tools for optimisation, insights generation, testing, and faster execution

Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting methods, sales funnels, and conversion tracking
- Proven ability to identify new growth channels and revenue opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance campaign performance and workflow efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
