- Male candidate (as specified)
- 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience handling 100–300 employees independently
- Robust knowledge of:
- Payroll coordination
- PF, ESI, PT, LWF compliance
- Attendance & leave management
- Employee engagement
- Grievance handling
- Labour law compliance
- Vendor and contractor workforce management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment

Key Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.




- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliances.
- Ensure PF, ESI, labour law, and contractor compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.
- Generate HR MIS and management reports.
- Partner with operations leadership to address manpower requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and operational roles.
