Job Overview
We are looking for a Floor Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the Reise Moto Retail store and ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service activities. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing the sales floor, supervising the team, driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, retail sales experience,
and the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve business goals.
Objectives of this role
• Ensure excellent customer service and deliver a premium retail experience
• Drive sales performance and support achievement of store targets
• Manage and supervise sales team activities on the floor
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations and team management
• Ensure smooth customer engagement and resolution of customer queries
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily floor operations and ensure effective team deployment
• Lead, motivate, and monitor sales associates to achieve targets
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members for improving performance
• Assist in customer interactions, product demonstrations, and consultative selling
• Monitor customer experience and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support inventory management, stock availability, and merchandise
