Mission of the Role
Build and scale Pakka's sustainable flexible packaging business.
This is a unique opportunity to operate like a founder within an established company. You'll own the growth of a new business vertical - working across customers, product development, go-to-market strategy, partnerships,
and supply chain to turn an innovative product into a category-defining business.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Pakka's flexible packaging business.
- Build strong relationships with brands, converters, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and develop winning go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with R&D; and operations teams to commercialize new products and applications.
- Lead customer trials, product adoption, and commercialization efforts.
- Build the ecosystem required to scale the business, including supply chain and strategic partnerships.
- Continuously gather market insights and customer feedback to shape product and business strategy.
