ROLE

As a Tech Lead , you are a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the design and delivery of impactful systems and features. You will own the technical direction of medium-to-large initiatives, drive alignment through well-structured design documentation, and mentor engineers to raise the overall engineering bar.



This role requires balancing hands-on development with system-level thinking, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across the platform.

KEY NOTE: This is an in-office position located in Trivandrum, requiring attendance 4+ days per week. By submitting your application, you confirm that you are either presently located in Trivandrum or prepared to relocate. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

In this role you can expect to:
Technical Leadership & Design
- Own end-to-end technical design for medium to large features and systems
- Drive architecture decisions with clear trade-off analysis (performance, scalability, cost, maintainability)
- Author and review design documents to ensure alignment across teams
- Ensure systems are built with strong foundations in reliability, observability, and security

Execution & Delivery
- Contribute hands-on to the codebase as part of every release.
