Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Analyst with hands-on experience in managing paid search and social campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, certification in Google Ads/Meta Blueprint, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- To achieve client goals, plan, create, and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for performance through bid strategies, targeting, and creative development.
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting to drive ROI.

Client & Budget Management:
- Manage ad budgets of ₹3-4 Lakhs INR monthly, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through performance reporting to clients.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.




- Create detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
- Track and achieve performance goals such as CTR, cost per conversion, and ROAS.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with Managers, SEO teams, and stakeholders to integrate digital marketing strategies and provide insights regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Technical Skills Required:

Google Ads: Proficiency in Search, Display, Performance Max campaigns, Dynamic Ads, and Conversion Tracking.
Meta Ads: Expertise in Ads Manager, audience insights, retargeting, and custom/lookalike audiences.
Analytics & Tools: Knowledge of GA4, Tableau/Data Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot, and advanced Excel.
Tracking & Reporting: Experience with UTM parameters, Pixel tracking, and event-based conversion monitoring.
