Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Team Lead with experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
- Ensure smooth operations across sales/service/back-office functions
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve workflow and productivity
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Prepare reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of automobile industry processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dealership/automobile company is an advantage
