Role description:

Design, develop, and support enterprise grade full stack solutions on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform, delivering secure, scalable, and well integrated applications that support business processes across the EA portfolio.

Collaboration
- Works closely with Product Owners, BPOs, and BPEs to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Partners with Architecture and Security to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Coordinates with vendors and third‑party developers as required

Application & Extension Services
- Design, develop,



and maintain full‑stack applications across UI, API, and data layers
- Build scalable back‑end services and APIs using enterprise‑approved languages and frameworks
- Develop and maintain responsive front‑end components using up-to-date web technologies
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration services
- Apply secure‑by‑design principles, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and access controls
- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and code reviews
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment promotions
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues across the application stack
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KBAs to support operations and support teams
- Supports release management and change processes with EA teams and Tech CAB

Vendor Management
- Coordinates with vendors and third‑party developers
