About the Role:

As the Delivery Head, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects within Client Technology. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives with a good understanding of the client's requirements. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, leadership prowess, customer-centric thinking, and deep business analytical expertise.

Responsibility:
- Lead Delivery Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data and AI projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining high quality standards.
- ​Drive Automation and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process automation, implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and integrate AI-driven tools to streamline delivery workflows.
- Team Growth and Development: Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams, focusing on people's development through coaching, performance management, and skill-building programs to foster a culture of excellence.
- Customer Engagement:



Act as a key client interface, demonstrating deep customer savvy to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve key metrics such as project margins, resource utilization, and team productivity; implement strategies to grow the delivery team while enhancing profitability.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to align delivery with business goals, incorporating data/AI product thinking to influence roadmap and innovation.
- Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance and security and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
