We are excited to welcome an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to our Agency department at USGI Legal Entity. In this role, you will oversee and inspire a team of Relationship Managers, playing a pivotal part in our company's success. Your primary focus will be on guiding and motivating the team to achieve recruitment, onboarding, and activation targets for agents, while also ensuring alignment with regional goals and strategies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our agency's growth and market presence in the Hyderabad region.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, offering guidance and support for optimal performance.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agents, building a strong and diverse talent pool.
- Assign and manage GWP targets for individuals and the team, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and expansion, identifying new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights for continuous improvement.




- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, especially in agent recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align team efforts with overall business strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with the team.
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports, promoting growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the insurance industry, showcasing a proven track record.
