Primary Responsibilities
- To provide accurate estimates and BOQs as per design specifications.
- To provide correct technical specifications in tender documents.
- To compare estimated BOQs with actual executed BOQs and analyse deviations.
- To build market knowledge, collect updates, and ensure effective information sharing.
Role Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications based on design portfolios within the stipulated clauses of the LOA.
- Prepare accurate rate analyses.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
