We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager & Business Development to manage our gifting merchandise store and drive growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory control, billing, team coordination, and business development.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the store
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store
Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Billing and Reporting
- Handle billing processes and maintain accurate records
- Generate sales and inventory reports
- Track store performance metrics and suggest improvements
Display of Products
- Ensure appealing and strategic display of corporate gifting items
- Update displays as per season, demand, or marketing campaigns
- Maintain aesthetic standards and promote new arrivals
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase store sales and revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and potential partners.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand product offerings and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 Years of Proven working experience as a Store Operations, business development, or a relevant one.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information. • Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
Benefits
- CTC: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
