Manage guest experience, reservations, city operations, owner relationships, SOPs, and operational scaling. Drive operational excellence, team performance, and process optimization while working closely with leadership.

Requirements
- 10–15 years of hospitality or multi-property operations experience
- Experience managing 50+ properties across multiple cities
- Solid team leadership and operations management skills
- Expertise in OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
- Ability to handle escalations, process building, and high-growth operations
- Comfortable working during weekends and peak holiday periods
- Experience in STR, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality startups preferred
