Description

As The ERP Dynamics 365 F&O; and Power BI Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering end‑to‑end projects that implement and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power BI solutions. The role coordinates business, IT, and vendors/partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and that solutions drive measurable business value.
The role will be part of the global IT team. Global Digital and IT Service is responsible to provide IT services and large programs, projects to support business strategy. The role is within the business transformation that is responsible for enterprise applications and large-scale transformation programs both in Digital and IT. The role reports to the Director Business Transformation at Piab Group.
Role description
- Provide end‑to‑end project leadership for Dynamics 365 F&O; and Power BI initiatives, including recent implementations, roll outs, upgrades, and major enhancements.




- Project & Stakeholder Management:Lead full project life cycle for Dynamics 365 F&O; and Power BI initiatives, from initiation and requirements gathering to go‑live,stabilization and support.
- Define scope, road map, timelines,success criteria and resource plans, managing risks, issues, and dependencies across business and IT.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and risk/issue logs.
- Act as primary contact between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external partners/Microsoft.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, prioritize features, and agree on acceptance criteria.
- Manage budgets and financials for ERP and BI projects, including forecasting, tracking of actuals, and reporting variances.
