- Skill Set: Manual Testing: Functional, regression, and test case execution Jira: Bug tracking, ticket management, and reporting Remote Desktop: Issue replication and troubleshooting via remote tools Bug Management: Defect identification, reporting, and tracking Collaboration: Solid communication with developers and marketing teams Web Testing : Cross-browser, UI, and responsive testing Functional & regression testing for web apps Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for defect analysis Domain knowledge preferred Antivirus Knowledge: Malware detection, security testing, endpoint protection basics NGM: Basic workflow understanding and system validation.
