Role: Program Manager,Operations
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years in the development sector
35-45k per month + travel allowance & other attractive benefits.

Role Overview

The Program Manager – Operations, will work directly with the Program Lead and Senior Program Managers to implement the ECCE initiatives in the state and engage closely with the government departments including the Department of Women and Child Development and Department of Education. The role will focus on translating program strategies into actionable plans, driving day-to-day coordination with internal teams, monitoring progress, and supporting field teams to deliver timely and high-quality execution of the program activities. The Program Manager will track progress, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and contribute to strengthening systems and processes that enable smooth programme delivery. Preferred

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or a related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience in programme implementation,



operations, government programmes, or development sector initiatives; or

• Master’s degree in the above fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Prior experience working with government systems or supporting implementation of programmes at the district or field level will be preferred.

1. Establishing and maintaining robust connections with district(s) stakeholders

2. Positioning the organization as a trusted advisor on ECE

3.Achievement of key programmatic metrics and early identification of challenges

4.Regular sharing of relevant and actionable insights from the field to inform programme improvements and decision-making

5.Smooth and timely district-wide implementation of programme activities
