Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your training and development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, cutting-edge, and driven teammates.

You'll lead the development and deployment of the Industrial Training Curriculum, ensuring that processes and methodologies across Manufacturing, Process and Manufacturing Engineering, and Testing functions are standardized and improved. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (central industrial teams, regional and site-level stakeholders,



and cross-product line academies), drive key learning initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of building and managing the Industrial Academy curriculum and developing a robust competency matrix, but also ensure the availability and efficient management of training tools and platforms.
