We are seeking a qualified and proactive IT & automation Executive to support and manage the organizations day-to-day IT operations & automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting in optimized implementation of various platforms, CRM and enterprise ERP systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
2. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, Wi-Fi networks, and firewall systems
3. Assist in the configuration and management of CRM, Books, and People.
4. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with backup and antivirus protocols.

Contribute to the documentation of IT & automation procedures and support internal user training.
Attribute/Skill/Experience Weightage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline - 20%
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration 30%
- Basic understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and system maintenance 20%
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (experience with Odoo / Zoho will be preferred) 20%
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA A+ will be considered an advantage 10%
