Change Management Expert
As an Operational Change Management expert, you play a pivotal role in ensuring successful transformations and modernizations across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring cross-functional collaboration to ensure change adoption and efficacy while building transformation readiness throughout the organization. The key focus is on the people side of change, preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures across Sanofi R&D.;
Key Expert responsibilities would include:
Lead Development and Implementation of Change Strategies:
· Leverage a structured methodology to define and own the change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes utilizing the standard Sanofi Change Management playbook and approaches.
· Build a trusted relationship with the Project/Program Manager and support him/her through the project/program as a credible voice on change management matters.
· Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support throughout the change process for complex initiatives involving multiples organizations and geographies.
· Conduct in-depth change impact analyses, assessing organizational readiness across multiple dimensions (process, technology, culture, capability).
· Design targeted and actionable change management plans based on deep diagnosis of impacted populations, their concerns, and resistance patterns.
