Background

i) Educational Qualification

Essential:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engg. from reputed Polytechnic/ Institute
- Minimum 60 % marks
- Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, HSC (if appeared) etc)

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:
- Designing / Modelling of engine parts like crankcase, covers, gears, forks, shafts, clutch, and levers, etc.
- Ability to build models with relevant manufacturing methodology, Peripheral constraints.
- Knowledge of Engine to Vehicle Interface w.r.t. Transmission, Crankcase, Lubrication, Cooling and Sealing systems Parts
- Knowledge of Forged,



Casted and Sheet Metal Modelling.
- Basic know-how about Design Guidelines, DFMEA, DVP, Quality documents.

Technical/ Functional:
- Knowledge UG Nx – 3D Modelling, Surface modeling, Assembly, Drafting
- Basic Knowledge of Team Center
- Basic knowledge of GD & T, DFS, DMU, DFM, Basic Quality standard
- Creativity
- Positive communication skill
