The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics, warehouse, fleet, and dispatch activities to ensure shipments are received, processed, and delivered safely, accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This role leads operations coordinators, dispatchers, and drivers; coordinates with vendors and the OCASA network; maintains inventory accuracy and warehouse organization; and ensures smooth end-to-end operational execution.
The Operations Supervisor also oversees fleet and driver performance, including dispatch planning, route efficiency, scheduling, arrival and departure times, meal-period compliance, vehicle maintenance records, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will provide explicit direction, delegate responsibilities effectively, and step in when necessary to maintain operational continuity, accountability, and alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Oversee daily logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, fleet, and dispatch operations.




- Ensure shipments are completed accurately, safely, and on time, in accordance with client specifications, safety regulations, TSA requirements, and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records and promptly investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, secure, and operating efficiently.
- Delegate operational responsibilities effectively and provide hands-on support when needed to maintain workflow and service continuity.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and compliance concerns, and take appropriate corrective action.

Dispatch, Fleet, and Driver Management
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize pickup, delivery, and transportation routes.
- Proactively address delays, service disruptions, missed pickups, and other operational challenges.
