Hiring: Investment Banking Manager (Buy-Side & Sell-Side)

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Investment Banking Manager to lead end-to-end transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a strong focus on the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

â Identify, evaluate, and execute startup investment opportunities

â Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence

â Lead fundraising and M&A; mandates for startups

â Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, IMs, and financial models

â Build and maintain relationships with VC Funds, Family Offices, Angel Networks, and Strategic Investors

â Drive investor discussions, negotiations, and successful deal closures

â Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from origination to closure

â Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder management

â Mentor analysts and associates while ensuring high-quality execution





Requirements:

â 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Startup Fundraising, or M&A;

â Strong exposure to startup investing and fundraising transactions

â Proven track record of working with VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors

â Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution

â Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

â Strong network within the startup and investor ecosystem
