Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards

Recomeding Adjustments to the assembly or production purpose.

Inspecting, testing or measuring materials or products being produced.

Measuring products as per IS standards.

Operating electronic inspection equipment and software.

Accepting or rejecting finished items.
-
Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
-
Reporting inspecting and testing data such as weight, temperature, grades, moisture content and quantities inspected.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non- compliance reports, and site instruction/ observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Responsible for closure of non- conformance, NCR and site instruction.

Quality control engineers monitor quality as per IS standards for nearly all manufactured products.
