The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can build strong employee relations, negotiate with recognized unions, drive industrial harmony, ensure statutory compliance, and support organizational growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations & Union Management (Core Responsibility)
- Lead the complete Industrial Relations function across manufacturing operations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with recognized Trade Unions.
- Independently handle Union Negotiations, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), Long-Term Settlements (LTS), and wage revision discussions.
- Negotiate productivity-linked settlements and bonus agreements.
- Handle labour disputes, grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and employee counselling.
