Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BRIM Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in BRIM and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing billing and revenue management solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and implementation of SAP BRIM solutions across OTC lifecycle

Work extensively on BRIM modules:
-
SOM (Subscription Order Management)
-
CI (Convergent Invoicing)
-
CC (Convergent Charging)
-
FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
-
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
-
Configure BRIM components aligned with subscription-based and usage-based billing models
-
Drive end-to-end OTC process integration across SAP and external systems
-
Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for RICEFW development
-
Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing and invoicing issues

Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management
Required Skills

8+ years of SAP functional experience with robust focus on BRIM
-
Proven experience in end-to-end OTC processes

Hands-on expertise in:

SOM, CI, CC, FI-CA

Billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes
-
Strong knowledge of subscription billing, usage-based billing, and pricing models
-
Experience in writing functional specifications (FS) and working with ABAP teams

Good understanding of integration (APIs, middleware, third-party systems)

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
