Job Purpose: Lead - Quality is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and exceed industry standards. This role will oversee quality assurance efforts, lead a team, and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.

Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Process Development & Maintenance:
Oversee the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes, documentation, and systems to ensure consistency.
