We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Junior Technical Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience in software development and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who started their career as a developer and is now transitioning into project management, or someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

² Coordinate and manage software development projects from planning to delivery.

² Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

² Translate business requirements into technical tasks and actionable development plans.

² Assist in sprint planning, task prioritization, resource allocation, and progress tracking.





² Monitor project timelines, deliverable, risks, and dependencies.

² Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings.

² Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality delivery.

² Review technical documentation, project specifications, and development workflows.

² Support developers in resolving blockers and maintaining development velocity.

² Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project management processes.

² Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.

² Help improve development processes, productivity, and team collaboration.

Requirements
² 1–3 years of experience in software development, technical coordination, or project management.

² Strong understanding of JavaScript and up-to-date web development technologies.
