Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitating affiliate marketing (Account) activities in collaboration with Account teams
- Proactively engage with Account management teams and assist with account strategies
- Responsible for delivering the needs of Account teams and work closely with our clients in delivering successful results
- Liaise with Account management teams to carry out various reporting and competitor tracking tasks
- Perform content and campaign reviews based on specified criteria
- Monitor account performance closely and work with Account teams, report any unusual spikes and lows in the accounts
- Review affiliate publisher pages and report discrepancies
- Sound knowledge of prioritizing the tasks based on the needs of account team
- Adapt to the changing workplace quickly and equip with skills required to meet the role
- Able to plan and complete a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering high quality results
- Actively participate in client campaign planning and quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- A graduate or equivalent experience in any field
- 4 - 7 years of exposure in digital media/client services role
- Sound knowledge
