Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Increff, you will drive the top of our outbound sales funnel through two parallel tracks: onboarding and enabling agency partners to generate qualified leads on Increff's behalf, and running your own outbound motion through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Once you generate a qualified lead and book a discovery meeting,



you will hand it off to an Account Executive with all the relevant context documented in Salesforce. This is a high-ownership role where your pipeline contribution is directly visible to leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and enable agency partners — train
them on Increff's ICP and value proposition so they can generate pipeline
effectively.
- Run your own outbound motion: cold calling,
personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach targeting decision-makers
in fashion, apparel, FMCG, and retail.
- Prospect target accounts using Apollo.io, Seamless.ai,
and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date
contact database.
- Craft compelling, tailored messaging for CXOs, VP
Operations, Supply Chain Heads, and Merchandising leaders.
- Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and
document all activities, leads, and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
