Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and target-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growth team. The role involves qualifying leads, engaging prospects, managing the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM, and scheduling product demos for our ERP & SaaS solutions. You will work closely with our marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine business opportunities.
- Prospecting: Research target companies, identify key decision-makers,



and reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Demo Scheduling: Coordinate with pre-sales to book and confirm product demo appointments.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with prospects to build trust, handle objections, and progress them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to run email campaigns and follow up on event leads.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on lead conversion rates, activity levels, and pipeline health.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Lead Generation, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfort with outbound calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Ability to work with monthly
