Job purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, networking, and data center operations. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, automation capabilities using PowerShell, and experience in maintaining secure, highly available infrastructure.

Core responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy,



DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure services.
- Administer VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, clusters, vMotion, HA, DRS, and vSAN.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and storage provisioning.
- Perform backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery operations using Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure monitoring using Zabbix, including alerting and performance reporting.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation activities, and ensure infrastructure compliance with security standards.
- Manage endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and endpoint protection platforms.
