Role Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role, for a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the staffing
domain, located in Bengaluru. The BDM will be responsible
for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing
client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will
have 5 -8 years of proven experience in business development within the
resource augmentation or IT staffing industry.

Mandatory:

You
must demonstrate the ability to present a real-time, data-driven
sales model, supported by structured recruitment planning and comprehensive
costing analysis.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify
potential clients in need of resource augmentation and IT staffing
services and mainly focused on contract staffing.
- Develop and implement strategic business
development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead the end-to-end process from
initiation to closure of deals, including communication and follow-up with
leads via email, phone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target
organizations.
- Participate in inbound leads assignment,
project requirement gathering.
- Negotiate margins, payment terms, and
SLAs, protect gross profit and DSO.
- Create outreach campaigns with
Marketing, events, webinars.
- Maintain CRM hygiene,
