Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Test Engineer to support DALI interoperability and certification testing activities. This role requires a hands-on execution-focused engineer with strong attention to detail and ownership. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and delivering quality outcomes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures for DALI interoperability and certification testing
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in product behavior with clear root cause understanding
- Perform testing using required tools, test setups, and specialized environments for protocol/device validation
- Ensure product compliance with DALI standards and internal quality requirements
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Ensure thorough validation by covering negative, boundary, and integration scenarios
- Contribute to improving test coverage and overall test effectiveness through continuous feedback and analysis
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts (Python / existing frameworks) for identified scenarios
- Identify manual test cases suitable for automation and progressively increase automation coverage
