As a Project Management Intern, you'll work alongside engineering, business, and leadership teams to ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-functional collaboration runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing projects across multiple teams.
- Maintain project timelines, task trackers, and status reports to ensure timely execution.
- Follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule and proactively identify delays.

Cross-Functional Communication
- Coordinate between Engineering, Business, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Schedule meetings, document discussions, and communicate action items effectively.
- Ensure project updates are shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Documentation & Reporting




- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure records are up to date.
- Track key milestones, dependencies, risks, and project metrics.

Process Improvement
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and workflows.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Assist in organizing internal reviews, project retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Freshers only.
- Bachelor's degree (BBA) or MBA (Operations, Project Management, Business Analytics, General Management, or related specialization).
