Requirement - AI Expertise Intern – HR Automation Projects
Location- Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
Duration- 3 to 6 Months (Internship)
Prerequisites- AI tools, automation, HR tech, or related academic/project exposure preferred
We are looking for a tech-savvy and driven professional to support our HR Tech & Automation team in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the automation of Role Profile Creation processes
- Assisting in the development and tracking of AI-based Performance Tracking Systems
- Coordinating with internal HR teams to implement AI-driven workflow solutions
- Ensuring proper data handling, workflow optimization, and reporting support
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or HR tech software
- Solid data handling, analytical, and reporting skills
- Excellent coordination and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to optimize workflows and manage documentation efficiently
