An Individual with a minimum experience of 5 to 10 years driving growth and profitability through digital sales, for retail, proven expertise in managing and generating business through digital tools.
Overall Job Purpose:
Digital sales manager to work closely with dealership’s sales and marketing teams to maximize online sales, generation of leads, tracking conversions and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage digital leads and nurture them for new car and used car sales both, ensuring inquiry conversions land up to +10% of the current scenario by FY 26.
• Ensure that inquiry to test drive conversions consistently remains to 40 – 50%
• Train individual sales staff with appointment seeking,



communication and per individual target completion.
• Develop and implement a digital sales strategy/campaign to generate online inquiries, leads, prospects etc.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing digital team to align sales goals and meet monthly inquiry generation targets.
• Use various digital tools such as Facebook, Instagram, social media and collaboration with aggregators such as carwale, cardekho, etc to generate inquiries and meet targets.
• Set up a robust tele-calling team – cold calls to generate inquiries and maintain engagement with the client at each step.
• Use CXP to track leads and their stages, ensuring timely follow-ups and prompt responses, while maintaining a pipeline of prospective buyers.
• Work on distribution of leads based on the best conversion rates to the dealer sales staff.
• Provide monthly reports to CEO tracking cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and total sales contribution from digital channel
